Overview
Job Description
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of design, Construction techniques, codes and standard.
- Assist Senior Architect with project coordination and client.
- Assist with Client meetings and prepare required reports and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate design matters with service engineers.
- Meet with governmental agencies and officials as needed to obtain permits, license and approvals.
- Must be able to solve complex technical and design issues and provide guidance to team.
- Knowledge of building codes Structure and Architectural industry practices.
Skills
- Knowledge of Concept Design, Permit Drawings [Municipality Drawings], Working Drawings and Tender Drawings & Documents
- Software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMax
- Language : Proficient in English & Arabic
- Registrations with KSE is required.
- Kuwait Municipality Registration is an added advantage.
