We're looking for our client's Farwaniya office 

Under the supervision of the executive management, you will be in charge of 

•    local accounting operations (payroll, invoices, debt recovery)
•    cashflow forecast
•    Escalation of financial and accounting data for the HQ in Europe
•    Internal control of accounting and tax procedures
•    Control of local budget
•    Roll out of ERP accounting suite
•    Management of a deputy accounting officer
Required profile and skills:

Bachelor degree with 10 years of experience on a similar accounting position in UAE (minimum 5 years of experience in UAE accounting is mandatory)

You master issues related to local regulations (accounting, tax, currency) and have a good knowledge of an ERP.  
You are fluent in French, English and Arabic.

With strong analytical and synthesis skills, you are rigorous and pragmatic. You are able to model and create new tools and methods in order to upgrade the existing system. 
You are good at managing people.  Your team spirit and your interpersonal skills are your main assets for this position.

CHEF COMPTABLE  (H/F)

Poste :

Rattachez au responsable de site vous avez pour missions principales :

•  Traitement et coordination des opérations comptables et fiscales locales (élaboration de la paie locale, facturation et recouvrement des créances locales)
•    Etablissement des prévisions de trésorerie
•    Reporting des données financières et comptables au siège 
•    Application du contrôle interne aux opérations comptables et fiscales
•    Vérification et contrôle des budgets de l'implantation
•    Mise en place du volet comptable de l’ERP 
•    Management  du  comptable 

Profil :

Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en expertise comptable et fiscale type Bac + 5, vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire dont 5 ans en comptabilité locale et au sein d’un groupe industriel en environnement international. 

Vous maîtrisez les problématiques comptables, fiscales et de devises liées à la règlementation locale et disposez d’une bonne pratique d’un ERP. 

Par ailleurs vous êtes trilingue Français, Anglais, Arabe.

Doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes rigoureux et pragmatique. Vous savez structurer, homogénéiser et créer de nouveaux outils et méthodes dans le but de faire évoluer le système existant. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en gestion des priorités. Votre esprit d'équipe ainsi que votre aisance relationnelle constituent des atouts pour ce poste.
