Albisher & Alkazemi Co. the Authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait, currently have an opening for the position of Executive Assistant. We are looking for a responsible, experienced and effective candidate to take on this role.

Scope of Responsibility

1. Administrative Support / Communications / Customer Events

• Plan and track meeting schedules for the Head of department.
• Coordinate visits and take care of guests.
• Gather and handle sensitive and confidential information for meetings, reports and other projects.
• Prepare and distribute documentations such as presentations, reports, LPO’s, invoices, memos and letters.
• Facilitate translation and interpretation tasks.
• Manage and update the contact database.
• Manage and order Office supplies.
• Arrange business travel for the department.
• Support daily communications with the employees of the department.
• Check the progress and/or coordinate cross-departmental tasks, projects and reports

2. Compliance

• Avoid conflicts of interest between your daily work and personal affairs and maintain a culture in which ethical conduct is recognized, respected and promoted.
• Respect and comply with the local law and Daimler rules, regulations, voluntary commitments and internal policies.
