Job Description
Objective:
To direct, supervise and process all aspects associated with the effective operation and maintenance of Corporate Customer services to meet ISO 9001 Operation and Maintenance Standards.Â
Responsibilities:
• Monitor present KPI’s of corporate cases in FHS System, ensure KPI’s are met and also implement steps to improve KPI’s.
• Assign specific tasks and responsibilities for field staff on a day-to-day basis and ensure that daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared and submitted.
• Develop and process new method to improve efficiency and productivity in Fault recovery.
• To analyze fault history and take immediate action to eliminate repeated faults.
• Improve the staff skills to enable them perform their duties to a higher degree of efficiency.
• Liaison with other department for day-to-day activities.Â
• Ensure the accuracy of data and setup that as per the standard in the Customers, Complexes and remote side.
• Provide the monthly standby roaster sheet and the monthly schedule.
• Quality control and assurance for new handover or enhancement for any Customers, Complexes and remote side.
• To process any additional assignments designated by management.
• Provide the annual leave plan for all staff before end of first quarter.
• Provide monthly report shooing the KPIs, staff performance and additional tasks.Â
• Follow-up any escalation and take the corrective action to insure it will not repeated.Â
Accountability:
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of the processes, procedures in line with Company standards.
• Accountable for Network support KPI’s.
• Perform a daily report for any cases that exceeding KPI’s and escalate it to NOC Manager.
• Providing weekly and monthly reports of number of faults KPI’s.
• Administer job allocation, overtime and standby roaster and ensure workflow within the Section.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communications/Computer.
- CCNA, or CCNP Certification.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience.
