Job Description

Responsible for planning and undertaking all HVAC maintenance related activities – responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.

Visit and inspect the maintenance sites to make sure proper service is provided.

Managing all staff and service teams according to the scheduled warranty maintenance and customer complaints received on daily basis.

Identify corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation to enhance operations and customer service.
