Job Description

• ​Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Repairs and maintains desktop and laptop hardware
• Installs and configures network printers.
• Installs, configures, and maintains antivirus software on computer systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and applications
• Maintaining or repairing equipment including printers and scanners and setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems.
• Prepares and coordinates sending equipment out for repair.
• Maintains an up-to-date inventory of all computer equipment.
• Contacting vendors for purchasing IT items.
• Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Printing the serial no on certain policies and sending to motors department.
• Undertake other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Company.
