Job Description

- provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.

- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget.

- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team for feedback.

- Plan marketing and branding objectives. 

- Prepare marketing strategies.

- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- Create and deliver press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Engage consumers on social media.

- Develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs.

- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

- Discover and enhance new approaches to lead development and cultivation (email, social media and blogging).

- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements with a focus on lead nurturing and customer retention.

Skills

- Minimum 4 years of Marketing experience 

- Creative thinker

- Strong intrepersonal skills, excellent listener and communicator.

- Strong computer skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- BA OR BS in preferably a related field.
