Job Description



Social media is growing across the region and with the development of ecommerce channels and a diverse customer base spread across MENA, this is a challenging and dynamic role where growth and innovation are fundamental.

As part of Alshaya's central digital marketing function you will work as part of a team creating and implementing digital strategies on behalf of our brands, ensuring best-in-class customer engagement and return on investment.

Responsibilities include:
Content creation and posting: 
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and brand teams to create content calendars for future useLeading quality assurance (spelling, photos, etc) and engagement measurements when posting digital contentEnsuring all digital content published is in line with host brand and Alshaya guidelines.Gather assets and work with the brand teams for the creation of brand websites and mobile pages.
Analysis: 
Acting as the point person for social media engagement rates and audience growth, utilizing a wide range of measurement performance toolsBenchmarking our digital performance against local and regional competitors.
Monitoring: 
Maintaining up-to-date escalation protocols for each brand so our customer conversations on social media are within the guidelines as defined by the brands (and existing Alshaya policies)Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure our digital response times are within set goals.



We are looking for bilingual candidates (English and Arabic) for this role. In addition to excellent language skills, both written and verbal candidates should be university educated with strong project management and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketing professional to grow their digital career by working across multiple countries for international retail brands.
