· To review  and implement all procurement 
policies and procedures.

· To develop detailed procurement tracking schedule and
monitor the same in close coordination with project controls.

·To direct and monitor all personnel activities within
procurement area including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance
reviews .

·To oversee the coordination and development of
procurement plans and specification between the Project and Engineering.

·To manage procurement teams, programs or functions,
develop goals and objectives and ensure that staff has an appropriate 
understanding on the procurement activities.

·To represent procurement team in meetings with project
engineers, suppliers to finalise the technical and commercial aspects of the
order, in close coordination with contracts department.
