Job Description

The position reports to the General Manager Retail Sales of the division.

Duties and responsibilities include to:
•Coordinate with marketing department to plan and implement promotional campaigns to enhance sales.
•Prepare retail pricing plan for Toyota cars on the basis of user feedback and market conditions.
•Coordinate with finance companies and banks to arrange vehicle loan to the customers.
•Analyze market condition for Toyota cars, competitors market share and give feedback to GM Sales for planning strategies for sales promotion.
•Keep abreast of local economic situation and consumer preferences.
•Coordinate with PDI for delivery and with group Parts and Service division for after sales services of Toyota cars.
•Approve retail sale price for Toyota cars after negotiations with customers.
•Review and approve customer documentation for Traffic Department and Insurance Companies.
•Build network with VIP customers, opinion leaders, Government Officials to develop customer database and generate business.
•Attend to customer queries, complaints and ensure appropriate action.
•Recruit and groom staff on product knowledge, customer relationship and selling techniques.
•Ensure safety of showroom and cars as per company, TMC and Kuwait Government safety standards.
•Perform other duties as requested by Management.

•Educational Qualifications: 
Primary: Bachelor degree with years experience
Alternate: Diploma in automobile/electrical/mechanical with years experience 
•Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic
