Yoga Classes in Salmiya, on the same road of Edee Super Market, Near to City Optics, Opposite FoodInn, Side of Kwality Sweets, Building 27 Classes conducted by Experienced Yoga Instructor Duration : Weekly Thrice on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday Timings: 6.30-7.30pm and 7.30-8.30pm. Class will have maximum 6 people and individual attention will be given to each person. Special stress on Yogasanas (Body Postures), Pranayamas (Breathing Practices), Dhyana (Meditation), Relaxation Techniques. Yogatherapy for various ailments and Menstrual problems.
