1. Processing of all cash/non cash transactions - receipts/payments.
2.Ensure that all transactions for the day are balanced out by the end of each day.
3.Prompt action on all customer requests/instructions.
4.Transactions up to prescribed level as per policy to be handled independently.
5.Provide support to other desks after customer hours.
6.Take up the vacant position in the event of any staff that goes on leave.
7.Filing of all documents related to daily activities transactions.
8.Open to assignments given by Branch Management at time of need.
