Develop and implement training programs for staff.
Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis.
Prepare and maintain training course materials.
Inform about the training events in advance to staffs.
Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.
Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage and maintain training website on the company intranet.
Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
Establish trainings programs to suit the current organizational needs.
Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires.
Adhere to company procedures and regulations.
Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.
Maintain training equipment and supplies in safe and good working conditions.
Reserve training rooms and set-up training equipment for conducting training program
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in education, business, finance, or any other relevant field.
3-4 years similar training work experience is necessary.
