With new restaurant openings in Mall of Qatar, we are seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals with Front of House / Restaurant Management experience from outside Qatar to join our team. Successful candidates can expect to receive a very attractive, tax-free package, and will be provided with full relocation support to Qatar.

The Role:
As a Restaurant Manager in one of our world-leading brands, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that sales, profitability and customer service targets are met, and that the most suitable products and services are available to the customer. You will also improve the company’s performance and ensure business growth by exploiting opportunities to maximise sales and profitability and by increasing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• A university Degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years’ retail experience as general manager of a fast-paced restaurant
• Financial skills with P&L and inventory management experience
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
• Computer literacy.
