*Coordinating emergency and regular repairs in coordination with housing maintenance.
*Coordinating with maintenance and repairs with contractors, structural mechanical and electrical systems, in case issues remain open.
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs of building interiors and exteriors
*Inspecting customer’s properties as assigned by the project manager / Assistant project manager for the services and repairs as and when needed.
*Establishes clear standards, expectations, objectives and priorities and demonstrates a commitment to achieving them.
*Analyze and suggests Maintenance and improvement plans to the Project Manager as and when required.
*Preparing daily, weekly, monthly logs.
Performs similar and incidental duties as and when instructed by the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
*Conducts spot checks of all leased buildings facilities and reports any inconsistencies identified & making sure they are rectified in real time.
Prepares related analysis reports daily/monthly as per the Projects requirements.
*Also presents inspection reports regularly to the Project Manager.
*Flexible in work hours and travel.
May also be a part of audit functions if and when required.
*Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health and Safety Policy. Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
*Be responsible for Meet & Greet of clients and other airport greets.
*Be responsible to source housing options as and when needed.
*Be the company Point of contact for showing housing new options and be available for review of terminated apartments/buildings in coordination with Project Managers and sub-contractors.
Be a lead Ambassador of company and BIG at all times.
*Preferable relevant experience
*Valid Kuwait driving license is required
*Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
*High level of verbal and written communication skills (English essential, Arabic is an added asset).
