Focal Point for Approving Leaves & Tickets for all staff.
Supervising PRO in order to get Visas on time.
Handling the complete Mobilization Process.
Giving Induction & Training to all newly Joined employees.
Responsible for the renewal of Insurance Policies (Medical / Workmen Compensation & Group Life Insurance)
Preparing correspondence for all medical claim related cases and ensure reimbursement is completed in timely manner.
To source, & shortlist quality CV’s as per Job requirements from Internal / external database or recruitment consultancy in order to meet job requirements.
Assist in processing supplier payments.
Updating & maintaining personal filing.
Maintaining individual KPI.
Assist Visa cancellation, visa renewal follow ups.
Monthly time sheets preparation for labor inspection.
Working on the budgeting and cost control.
Coordinating with HR team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of HR services to employees.
