An exciting opportunity has become available with our client, a fast growing FMCG global organization. They are looking for a HR Manager for their Kuwait business unit.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Manager and regional HR team covering two main areas of responsibility; providing day-to-day HR business partner support to the managers, employees awhile aligning with other business entities.
This includes talent sourcing and on-boarding, organisational development, change management, talent and performance management, employee relations, etc.
Evaluating proposed HR programs to determine organization-wide viability and acting as the senior adviser during the implementation phase.
The role will require a strategic thinker who possesses strong leadership and coaching skills with a sound understanding of HR along with a good FMCG commercial awareness.
Suitable for an experienced HR professional with previous experience of at least 5-7 years within a FMCG multinational.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and resilient, able to generate ideas and create solutions to problems and has a high level of self awareness.
We can only consider Arabic nationals currently based in Kuwait. Female candidates would be preferred.
