This position is responsible for Leading a multi task / group to carry on the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance at customer sites as per the signed service agreements using Honeywell tools and techniques following agreed processes and procedures and mainly shall be working within the customer facility. Also shall implement all required tasks considering quality and safety aspects. This position plays a big role in creating and sustaining customer satisfaction as well as helping team members develop.
Lead a group of engineers/sites
Performs the preventive maintenance recommended by HWL / company to minimize the system down time
Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions whenever required to ensure timely system recovery
Execute the required modification as per the approved change request by system owner
Respond to emergency calls and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contracted customer expectations and requirements, 24/7 standby rotation may be required.
Perform audits and baselines of installed systems as a deliverable as well as for migrations and trouble shooting
Have an advanced level of verbal and written communication skills, maintaining daily communication with Client Engineers directly to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
Reports progress and technical problems and changes to the higher level.
Ensure the site log is maintained, compliance with GSM procedures and PM tool is used on the daily activity.
Support the business to achieve product serviceability and reliability, quality trend analysis, productivity program input and execution, new product introduction support
Acts as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the technical requirements are fully defined, agreed and delivered within planed schedule
Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements and shares technical knowledge back to Discipline Communities and the service team
Undertake the training offered by the company
Sharing knowledge and coaching other members of Honeywell Service team on an on-going basis
Bachelors degree in one of the following Engineering disciplines – Instrumentation, Networking, IT, Electronics or Communications
Knowledge of Honeywell’s systems and processes is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
Previous experience leading a team of Engineers
Arabic language skills preferred
