Job Purpose:
To provide appropriate assistance to Kuwaiti and GCC nationals working in the bank to by ensuring adequate registration in Social Security and Social Allowance.
Accountabilities:
Employee Registration:
Check all documents are received for the registration of Kuwaiti and GCC national from PIFSS of the newly recruited employees
Assist all newly hired Kuwaiti nationals in registration with the Social Allowance Department
Coordinate with the immigration department to ensure that all new recruits are registered in the ministry of social affairs and labor
Government Relations:
Assist the Senior Manager in preparing monthly reports reflecting new hires, promotions, resignations / terminations for Social Security (PIFSS)
Review documents and mails from PIFSS, Social Allowance Department and take necessary action and approvals from the Senior Manager
Handling Complaints:
Handle all complaints from Kuwaiti and GCC employees and ensure proper co-ordination with PIFSS / Social Allowance Department for receiving all benefits as per the government policies
Communicate with both parties until the benefits are received from PISS / Social Allowance Department
Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Education / Qualifications:
Diploma in public administration/Office management/ Customer Service/Human Resources
Knowledge:
Sound knowledge of issues relating to Social Security & Social Allowance in Kuwait
Experience:
2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position and job role
