Operational Planning Engineer         

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical or equivalent.

 Related work experience (type and years):

10 years of experience in Operational Planning, economics and marketing in Oil/ Petroleum refinery.

 Job summary: 

Performs various operational planning, products development and economic analysis functions directed towards optimizing Refinery production and operations level. Prepares inventory projections, detailed daily operating plans and economic analysis of changes in process / products slate / feed, etc. Issues blending instructions. Coordinates with International Marketing (KPC) as required. Utilizes & updates Refinery LP model for various plans / studies using Linear Programming Techniques in coordination with Corporate Planning, Manufacturing Optimization Group (MOG) and other refineries
