Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Preparing quotations / proposals, completing all related forms, report generation and forward to clients.

2. Maintaining and updating files – project & job related

3. Coordination with clients. 

4. Preparation of Project Monthly Status and Cost Summary Report for Projects.

5. Follow-up for inter-company invoices, local invoice request generation and processing for submission to client

6. To Arrange and collect the tender documents and distributes to legal for legal review and to out-ports for I/C quote.

7. Provides scope of services and Quotation requirements given in tender to manager to prepare fee estimate.

8. Arrange to submit completed tender in required number of copies to client on or before tender submission date.

9. Prepares PEP and obtains PID numbers for new jobs.

10. Arranges for security passes, visit visa, hotel accommodation and administrative work related to operational activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

The incumbent provides tender preparation and administrative support to line Manager and 
Supervisors and support secretarial staff. 

Uses independent judgement in carrying our responsibilities and takes initiative to handle special tasks such as Pre-qualification documents preparation for prospective clients. 

The incumbent should have excellent oral and written English communication skill, excellent arithmetic skill, and advance skill in using MS office, Excel, Power Point and office automation software.
