Job Description

Pre contract:
1. Supervising the project tendering function

Post contract:
1. Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting of project sub-contractors.
2. Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment).
3. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
4. Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects. 
5. Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades. In addition, keep good communication between the Clients at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

The essential skills required for this purpose are as follows:
1) The candidate should have a minimum of five to eight years similar experience 
2) Very strong technical, execution and commercial abilities.
3) Proven track record as a successful leader at project management in fit out contracting business.
4) A very good knowledge of Kuwait market (i.e. clients, subcontractors & suppliers).
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
