1. Supervising the project tendering function
1. Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting of project sub-contractors.
2. Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment).
3. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
4. Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects.
5. Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades. In addition, keep good communication between the Clients at all times.
