The Sales Engineer will carry out the below activities:

 

- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential to increase our market share;

 

-Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;managing and interpreting customer requirement.

 

- speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;

 

- Persuading clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;

 

- Preparing quotations for the clients;

 

- Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;

 

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

 

- Offering after-sales support services;

 

- Administering client accounts;

 

- Analyzing costs and sales;

 

- Preparing reports for Management;

 

- Meeting regular sales targets;

 

- Recording and maintaining client contact data;

 

- Coordinating Shipment and clearance till delivery to the client stores

 

- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;

 

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;

 

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;

 

- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;

 

- Solving client problems;

 

- Helping in the design of custom-made products and/or services;

 

- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

 

- Adding new principals and partners to the employer.

Skills

* Advanced skills in computer software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, etc) 
* Fluency in English / working knowledge of Arabic preferable 
* Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

* Able to meet deadlines 
* Advanced Negotiation skills
* Proven experience in closing a sales deaL.

 

Specific Conditions:

 

Experience in the following products:

 

· Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Atmospheric Tanks Construction, etc

 

· Instrument Air Systems

 

· Air Compressors ( Diesel Portable Compressors, Screw, Piston and Booster Compressors)

 

· Air Dryers ( Desiccant and Refrigerated)

 

· Gas Compressors and Gas Conditioning Systems

 

· Chemical Injection Systems

 

· Trailers all types

 

· Cement Bulkers including the Compressors

 

· Chemical Tankers

 

· Dump Trucks and Mixers

 

· Fire Fighting Packages

 

General Conditions:

 

* 5 years minimum experience in Kuwait
* Proven sales record in Kuwait
* Holding Kuwaiti Drivers’ License 
* Holding Transferable Visa
