Senior Executive, Product will assist the sales team in generating higher revenue and in identifying new business opportunities by providing technical advice and support. The roles and responsibilities include:

o Generate Sales leads, identify new business opportunities, follow-up, on the sales agreements with the customers.
o Create presentations, demos, assessment tests and other sales aids of the Medical products in order to present the products to the customers.
o Coordinate with Manager, Sales for finalizing and executing sales orders.
o Regularly visit the fields, meet the customers face to face, regular phone calls and emails to keep the customers updated about the Medical products.
o Prepare quotations and converts the quotations into sales; ensuring the achievement of set targets and conversion ratios.
o Ensure continuous work to achieve set target sales and compliance with BSC (Balanced Score Card) targets.
o Ensure proper attention is given to the customers in order to achieve or exceed the set targets for CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
o Participate in the industry surveys with the Sales Manager in order to increase the production services by using current cost estimates, margin and commission guidelines provided by the General Manager along with market information and maintain technical information.
o Ensure that the sales team and clients are up to date with the specification on the products and service offered by the company.
o Recommend adjusting the sales and marketing plan and the product line by analyzing competitor data.
o Review products specifications to ensure functional and technical accuracy and meeting tender specifications.
o Contribute in developing strategies in order to adjust and promote various product lines, to improve revenue and create demand for company’s suit of products and services.
o Collect, monitor and analyzes sales tenders to provide up-to-date product line forecast to the sales team.
o Monitor status of the sales and marketing activities by preparing status reports and discuss with the Sales Manager in order to submit to General Manager, Medical for further action.
o Conduct functional level testing of the new product capabilities in order to ensure that the product is meeting performance standards set.
o Coordinate with the Service Engineer In Charge for after sales services.
o Participate in local trade show activities and International exhibitions in order to promote the products.
