Overview

Oversee the recruitment and selection and on boarding activities for the assigned business units and ensure adherence to the SLAs.

1. Identify recruitment sources based on best practices and conduct search for CVs.
2. Prepare ad drafts and coordinate with Marketing for placing ads in newspapers.
3. Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies and source new vendors as required.
4. Organize Campus interviews and local and overseas recruitment drives.
5. Interview and shortlist Candidates and set interviewing panels and interviews with applicants.
6. Coordinate and follow up with the Talent Management team to access applicants in the Assessment Centers.
7. Follow up on the pre employment process with candidates to secure timely joining of new hires.
8. Coordinate and follow up with Government Relations Section to secure work visas for overseas hires.
9. Oversee the on boarding of new hires.
10. Manage Applicant Tracking System.
11. Provide coaching to HR BPs and Line Managers on new processes and systems.
12. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Recruitment Status reports to the Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partners.
13. Ensure compliance to the HR Policies and procedures in general and Recruitment and Selection in particular.
