Management of CVM Campaigns Demand & Planning.
Member of CMS (Campaign Management System) & LMS (Loyalty Management System) Platforms Commercial Activities Operations.
Work with the Senior Manager Customer Base Mgmt. & CVM Operations to ensure that all campaigns addressing B2C Base are handled and run on the CMS platform, resp. LMS (Loyalty platform)
Work closely with the Marketing Managers (CVM, Segment, Sales, Finance, etc.) to document and finalize campaign requirements for setup in the CMS platform as a ‘partner’ to provide expertise and insight into best practices related to the campaign management process for the Marketing Managers (e.g., use of sampling, QA procedures, standard suppressions)
Liaise with different Commercial departments and understand their requirements and translate those objectives into the Campaign Management application.
Fully understand and implement the campaign marketing functional paradigm (e.g., campaign planning, campaign design, testing, execution, offer management, promotion history, contact management, response tracking and reporting).
-Understand how to effectively and efficiently use the core functions of Campaign Management Platform
– Design, Test and run the different campaigns required for CVM, Product Marketing and other Commercial teams on the CMS platform in a timely as desired by the Product owners.
Required years of experience based on progression ladder, relevant experience in a similar environment.
Coaching and supervisory experience. Ability to lead a team deriving the best value from their expertise and experience.
Very good knowledge and understanding of Life Cycle Management, churn management, loyalty, retention, Customers Experience and Customer Satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/customers.
Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to read and interpret market data.
Strong writing skills and development of Business Cases, Presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and build relationships quickly. Ability to get team members from other Divisions to be not only collaborate, but to pro-actively work towards a better organisation in the desired function.
