Betsy will take listeners through the journey of authentic leadership, what it looks like for each of us, and how we can help others around us live their most authentic life. *Betsy Myers will explore the fundamental leadership skills of personal and interpersonal leadership development. Her belief is that the hardest person you will ever manage is yourself. This seminar will discuss some key tools to thinking about and exploring your personal leadership effectiveness. *

Ms. Myers will explore what she thinks is working and not working in the world of leadership today. She will discuss key thinking and research around critical leadership skill areas that include:

About Betsy Myers

A sought-after speaker & a leadership expert who served as Chief Operating Officer of Barack Obama’s Presidential campaign, President Clinton’s White House senior adviser on women and Executive Director of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government Center for Public Leadership. Betsy has a unique background in politics and is committed to personal and interpersonal leadership development. Speaking on various topics such as leadership, career development, teamwork, women’s issues, and diversity, Betsy has inspired hundreds of audiences ranging in size from groups of 10 to over 750 people. The presentations she delivers range from themes such as “Authentic Leadership” and how “Leadership Creates a Feeling” as well as topics about work-life balance.

Betsy Myers is currently speaking and leading workshops around the world on the changing nature of leadership. In addition, she is on a nationwide tour speaking about her book, Take the Lead: Motivate, Inspire, and Bring Out the Best in Yourself and Everyone Around You, which was released Fall 2011.
