This interactive series of communication workshops will enable working professionals to strengthen their work relationships, navigate conflicts in work environments, and become effective communicators.

Workshop 1: Communication in the Workplace Effective communication is a key component of success in the workplace.

Workshop 2: Communication in Leadership 70-90% of a manager’s day is spent in communication. It is vital for managers to invest their time and effort in building communication skills to inspire their teams and deliver clear and impactful messages daily.

– How to say it: Order vs Request – How to inspire – How to lead – Are you clear in your communication? – Recognizing the ego at play – Reading between the lines

Workshop 3: Communication vs Miscommunication According to Dale Carnegie, “90% of all management problems are caused by miscommunication.” Those are 90% of management problems that can be avoided with clear and effective communication.
