Japanese Speech Contest 2016

1) 16 years of age or above, residing in Kuwait.

2) Kuwaiti or Non-Kuwaiti who had studied or is currently studying Japanese language in Kuwait, or one of his/her parents is native Japanese speaker.

3) First Place winners of the Advanced Learners Contest are not eligible.

4) First Place winners of the Beginners-Intermediate Learners Contest have to compete in the Advanced Learners Contest.
