The course consists of :

• 2 Kettlebell tecniques
• Kettlebell flow tecniques
• How to build Kettlebell circuit
• Kettlebell power training
• Kettlebell history & coaching lecture
• Kettlebell lifting test

You will be certified as Kettlebell L2 Instructor from Spartan Gear International
