Airways Aviation is one of Kuwait Airways official Pilot Training Academies with 16 locations worldwide. We have been tasked by Kuwiat Airways to recruit and train cadets for their airline. This selection process starts with your assessment in Kuwait. The assessment will consist of a compass test, which measures hand-eye coordinatoion, followed by an interview. The whole process takes no more than 2 hours with successful candiadtaes being an offered a Training Agreement to enroll into our academy.

The assessment costs 100 KD / USD $325.

Please bring the following items with you on the day:
- Your completed Airways Aviation Application form (attached)
- A colour photocopy of your passport
- A copy of your IELTS (if completed)
- If you have any previous flight training experience, please bring a copy of your logbook or certificate detailing the training and hours you have completed
- If you have a current Class 1 medical, please bring a copy
- Copies of academic qualifications / high school certificates
