jogging variations for 3 minutes
Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
Arm circles for 30 seconds
Hip circles for 30 seconds
Stretching for 3 minutes.
Workout –
Suicides for 30 seconds
Push ups (modified to level) for 30 seconds
Squats for 30 seconds
Mountain climbers for 30 seconds
Wide push ups (modified) for 30 seconds
Lunges for 30 seconds each leg
90 90 crunch for 30 seconds
Shoulder taps for 30 seconds
1 legged calf raises for 30 seconds each leg
Leg lifts for 30 seconds
