This workshop is for people who want to learn how to manage NGOs thus will learn the benefits from applying and using the Intervention Logical Maps concept in this world and how to evaluate the success of the NGO. The attendees will:

• learn how to increase the NGO focus on social problems
• learn how to evaluate the success of the outcomes using SROI concept
• know How to prepare a Request for Sponsorship
