Prolonged sitting and missbalance in training workload and bad posture causes muscle and joint stiffness. For many people it also leads to different musculoskeletal disorders causin for example disturbing back pain in our daily living. With effective prehabilitation program includin effective dynamic stretches, foam roller etc. you can avoid and ease many of these symptoms. Include these effective exercises to your warm-up and cooldown routine and you will see the results. You will have less pain, feel better and more elastic and you recover faster from intence training.

Instructor: Petri Halonen Petri is educated as Doctor of Naprapathy he is interested in strenght and conditioning and sports rehabilitation. Petri is woorking with Alpine ski team Finland for 6 years now & coaching many Olympic level athletes. He is also certified TFW level 1&2, Spartan Gear bodyweight instructor and Defendo instructor.

Work shop is open for everybody, athletes, fittness enthusiasts, personal trainers and for people who want to learn more about injuryprevention. Workshop includes: -Basic principles for injury prevention. -Effective dynamic stretches to improve athleticism and recovery. -The use of foam roller for effective warm up. -Stretches with elastic bands for better range of motion. -Important stabilisation exercises for shoulder, core and hip.
