A Bill To Amend The Law Stipulating Fees For Using Public Facilities And Services

 MPs Ouda Al-Ruwaie, Saud Al-Shuwaier, Khalil Abdullah Aboul, Ahmed Al-Fadel and Adnan AbdulSamad presented A bill to amend the laa w stipulating fees for using public facilities and services.

Article One of the bill states that Article Two of the law shall be amended to read as follows: “The provisions of Article One apply on fees for goods and services provided by public authorities and institutions with attached and independent budgets, except fees which are determined according to international agreements.”

Article Two of the bill stipulates annulment of any provision contrary to this law and any government decision on collecting increased fees, in addition to cancelling the decision to lift subsidies on public goods and services
