General Counselor Has Referred The Complaint Which Was Filed Against Health Minister

Attorney- General Counselor Dhirar Al-Asousi has referred the complaint which was filed against the Minister of Health Dr Ali Al-Obeidi, and two undersecretaries to the permanent Commission of Inquiry for trying ministers, reports Al-Qabas daily. The minister and the undersecretaries are charged with embezzling public money, through a contract signed between the Ministry of Health and one of the US companies that manages the health office in Washington. Meanwhile, the Public Prosecution has released on KD 5,000 bail an unidentified candidate from the fourth constituency who was accused of buying votes, reports Al-Qabas daily. The prosecution has also released lawyer and a citizen also on KD 5,000 bail each in the same case
