2 Arrested For Embezzling Kd 230,000 From The Ministry Of Electricity And Water

An unidentified senior female employee and her male subordinate have been arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution for allegedly embezzling KD 230,000 from the Ministry of Electricity and Water, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily added, this money belongs to the citizens and expatriates who had paid their outstanding electricity bills. Investigations revealed the female employee had embezzled KD 190,000 and the subordinate KD 30,000.
