2 Beggars Caught Inside Commercial Complexes

Two women a Syrian and an Iraqi were arrested for begging inside commercial complexes. According to security sources, Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safa formed a security team to arrest beggars and violators of law.

During inspections, Ahmadi securitymen noticed two women dressed in ‘Abaya’ and begging for money from shoppers at a commercial complex, claiming that they do not have food to feed their children.

Securitymen checked the details of the women to discover one is a Syrian and the other is an Iraqi. Both had arrived in Kuwait on visit visas with the intention of beggary. They were arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them. Meanwhile, six Jordanian women and a Bangladeshi man were arrested for begging in front of mosques and commercial complexes under the pretext of suffering from illnesses.
