2 Men Robbed Car Agency In Ahmadi

A Syrian expatriate was arrested for attempting to rob a car company in Ahmadi area along with an unknown accomplice, says Al-Seyassah. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from the security guard of the company about two individuals armed with sharp objects in the company, securitymen rushed to the location.

When they noticed the securitymen, the two suspects started to run but securitymen chased them and managed to arrest one of them while the other suspect escaped. They checked the details of the suspect to discover he is a Syrian expatriate who works as a taxi driver and used to park his taxi near the company.

They found a hammer and a dagger with him. Preliminary investigations revealed that the two suspects used to steal from vehicles that were parked in the parking area of the company. The suspect was referred to the concerned authorities and investigations are ongoing to find and arrest the other suspect. A case was registered in the police station of the area.
