2 Thieves Arrested

The Hawally police have arrested two youths — a Kuwait and an Egyptian — for breaking into cars and stealing the contents. The arrest came after patrolmen suspected both youngsters who were moving suspiciously between cars parked in Maidan Hawally. When patrolmen moved in their direction, they took to their heels, but were chased and arrested. During interrogation they admitted to the charges filed against them.
