3 Women Arrested For Possessing Drugs

Three women, two of them Kuwaitis, believed to be in their 20s, and a bedoun man have been arrested for possessing drug pills, imported alcohol and dancing on a beach at an unidentified location past midnight. The arrest came soon after someone called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior. A Night Squad patrol was sent to the location and the ‘drunkards’ were whisked away for interrogation. Police also searched them and found with them the drug pills and the alcohol. They have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control for legal action.
