4 Kuwaiti Female Students Injured In Violent Brawl Over College Elections

20 October 2016 Crime News

Four female students were injured following a heated argument at the Kuwait College of Basic Education. They were reportedly discussing the final results of the student board elections when an altercation flared up.

They first came to blows before hurling bottles of perfumes and other personal items at each other. One student was taken to the hospital while the other three received treatment at the college. Fellow students had to finally resort to using water to stop the brawl after failing to separate them and end the fight by other means.

Police officers monitored the situation at the main gate as they are prohibited by law from entering academic institutions.

The college assistant dean for students affairs later arrived at the scene of the fight and vowed to hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
