5 Egyptians Arrseted For Selling Drugs

Securitymen have arrested 5 Egyptians for selling drugs, reports Al-Anba daily. A security source said the arrest came after police received confidential information about the activity of the suspects that they were selling drugs to people visiting cafés. Plainclothes police then set a trap and caught two suspects redhanded. During interrogation they admitted to trafficking in drugs and gave police details about the hideout of their accomplices. Police then seized from the men different kinds of currencies, including Egyptian pounds and US dollars. Meanwhile, police have arrested an unidentified youth for possessing and consuming drugs, reports Al-Shahed daily. The youth was caught red-handed smoking hashish inside his sports car which was parked in front of a mosque in Jahra. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
