8 Expats Deported

Kuwait deported eight expatriates for driving vehicles without licence. The expats were detained during a massive traffic clampdown during May 15-21 in all six governorates. Police patrols recorded 45,960 violations and confiscated 1,796 vehicles and 11 motorbikes. They also referred 69 drivers to traffic tribunal for serious traffic violations. The officers also confiscated four vehicles wanted in connection with a string of robberies.
