The driver of a bus sustained serious injuries when the bus hit a horse which suddenly ran across Salmi Road, reports Al-Shahed daily. Reportedly, the driver was surprised when the horse suddenly appeared in the middle of the road and he was unable to stop the bus on time from hitting the horse. The horse was killed on the spot. The driver sustained several injuries and was rushed to the nearest hospital. Traffic was blocked for some time until the corpse of the horse was removed from the road.
