A Female Citizen And Lover Fined Kd 500 Each

The Misdemeanors Court, presided over by Judge Hisham Al-Shaheen, fined a female citizen and her lover KD 500 each for committing actions which incite immorality and prostitution through the phone. The case was filed by the woman’s husband through Attorney AbdulMuhsin Al-Qattan who told the court that his client found out his wife was exchanging immoral messages with her lover through a phone registered under his name, asserting such actions incite immorality and prostitution. The court also ordered referral of the case its civil counterpart.
