A Kuwaiti Fraudster Nabbed

Police have arrested a Kuwaiti who had been sentenced in absentia in connection with a KD 15,000 financial fraud, reports Al-Rai daily. The man was stopped in Farwaniya during a security check and as police checked his records on police computer, he reportedly took to his heels. Police chased and caught the man and handed him over to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
