A Kuwaiti Woman Swindled

A Kuwaiti woman filed a complaint at Salmiya Police Station against a Ukrainian man who allegedly swindled her to the tune of KD 22,000. The complainant told police the suspect had an agreement with her to use the abovementioned amount to purchase a coffee shop but he disappeared as soon as he received the money. The woman tried several times to contact the suspect but his mobile phone was turned off, so she had no recourse but to seek the assistance of security authorities. A case was registered and extensive search operations have started to arrest the suspect.
