A Sri Lankan Woman Tried To Commit Suicide

A Sri Lankan woman tried to commit suicide by jumping from the first floor of her sponsor’s house in Al-Qasr area, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from a Kuwaiti citizen about his housemaid jumping from the first floor of his house, securitymen rushed to the location and discovered that the housemaid was still alive but had sustained serious injuries. They referred her to Jahra Hospital for treatment. A case was registered for investigations.
