A Syrian And Kuwaiti Arrested For Stealing Indian's Phone

02 December 2015 Kuwait

Police have arrested two people — a Syrian and a Kuwaiti — for robbing expatriates, local Arabic daily Al-Anba reported. According to daily, the arrest came after an Indian filed a complaint with the Farwaniya Police Station accusing ‘two men’ of stealing his cell phone.

Since the theft occurred in the vicinity of a bank, police requested to see the CCTV footage of the bank and saw the two men in action. During interrogation the thieves are said to have admitted to committing 12 thefts, daily added.
